The drone view of Brisas Del Alma starting with Lot #14. There are lots available with good title, easy building, water and power access, walking distance to the great waves at the Boom. Own your dream.
Just a typical August week of waves. Check it out.
A tour by Kim Obermeyer of a couple of lots in the Brisas Del Alma development. This clip was filmed on a windy day in the dry season, soon after the land was burned to clear brush. In a month or two it will be nice and green again, but this gives you an idea of what the lots look like.
Waves like this await just a short walk down the beach from Brisas Del Alma.
Woke up before 5am, pounded some coffee, waxed up, snuck through the shortcut in the barbed wire fence, ran down to the beach, paddled out, and pulled into a few quick little tubes. It was small and gray but it was a good test of my GoPro Camera tail cam setup. Can’t wait for more swell and bigger tubes!
One of the benefits of visiting/living in nicaragua – unusual fruit! Here’s a quick tour of what you are likely to find in the local market.
Elton Sanchez is a local kid from Asseradores that has only been surfing a little over 5 years. With constant exposure to good waves and pro surfers, he is one of a handful of local kids in the area pulling stylish airs, trying flips, and getting super sick tubes.
The difference between Elton and some of the others is that he always has a smile on his face in the water. He’s watched his homebreak transform from a secret spot to a sought out surf destination but he doesn’t mind. He’s stoked no matter what.

He’s also an artist with prints, canvases, and murals available.
