Brisas Nicaragua is a small residential community in its very early stages in Aposentillo, Northern Nicaragua. The benefit to these lots is private beach access to a beautiful empty beach with great waves – the Boom. The community also has good water, easy access from a paved road, power nearby, and flat easily build-able lots.

Surf Lifestyle at the Boom
The waves aren’t perfect every day. Sometimes it’s small and kinda closed out, lumpy, and plagued by riptides. That’s just a part of surfing. But the sunrise is beautiful, the beach is empty, the water is warm. Even if the waves aren’t firing, the surf lifestyle is awesome. On this day, I took my two dogs for a sunrise surf session, caught a few little waves, and just appreciated the moments.
Surfing Around Brisas
Holly Beck owns a lot at Brisas and runs Womens Surf and Yoga Retreats at a beach nearby. In between surf retreats, she surfs right out front at the Boom. BOOM!
Dogs and Tubes – Lifestyle at Brisas
This is life in Nicaragua. Grab the dogs, run down to the beach, pull into some super fun tubes!
Backside Boomers
A view inside a few big rights a short walk away from the beach access at Brisas.
Offshore Hollow Waves at the Boom
This is why we live here. Offshore, super hollow waves, breaking over sand, close to the beach, a five minute walk from the private beach access at Brisas.
